  We opted for the two hour private cruise and it was the perfect length of time to get to see everything we wanted to at a nice slow pace. Communication ahead of the day was excellent and we met the crew exactly when and where promised (if you are travelling in the next few months there are a lot of roadworks around the marina so do leave a little extra time to get to the meeting point as the traffic is currently a nightmare!) The friendly crew looked after us really well and were on hand if we needed anything, with offers to take photos for us whenever we passed any of the major sights. It was a nice touch to have a really decent bluetooth speaker system on board to connect to so we could have our own chilled out playlist as we cruised up the side of the Palm. Cold water is on offer from the moment you board and there are also refreshments available to buy on board (beers, prosecco and soft drinks) although they are equally happy for you to take your own (we'd brought along our own bottle of bubbles as we'd mis-read somewhere alcohol wasn't served on board and the crew were kind enough to provide us with some glasses). The boat was exactly as shown in the pictures and really well looked after. Overall, we can't fault anything about the experience and we left with some happy memories and great photos and we would highly recommend this experience.

  Bit disappointing. The boat was as advertised and looked the part. However, service was mediocre. Opted for the birthday package with my name and numbers for my age. Got on board to find they had not arranged them despite emailing me to say it was all purchased and ready. They also dont tell you that there is a charge 9f 10 dirhams pp to get to the yacht and the same back. Small amount but should be included in the price of the package.

  The yacht cruise was a truly amazing experience. We were all impressed by the fantastic service and friendliness of the team who went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect and our party were all taken care of.   We had a genuinely fantastic time on this experience. Not only is it priced well, but the service is perfect, and the experience itself is memorable. Sonny is a great young man, who added to our experience with conversation, knowledge & recomendations. Highly recommend.

  we did a sunset yacht trip, sheddy was our host and a fantastic one at that. This is a must do in Dubai. every aspect was covered and made it such a great experience. Can’t wait to be back

  In 1 word; TOP! We booked the trip, thought about doing it relatively late, responded quickly to questions and acted quickly made us decide quickly. Absolutely no regrets.   An absolutely unforgettable experience! We recently rented a yacht and were completely blown away by the service and the experience. From the moment we arrived, the crew was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always ready to assist with a smile.We were also absolutely delighted to receive a free upgrade from our booked 50ft yacht to a stunning 60ft one. The extra space made an already great day even better. The entire trip was a blast. We had such a great time with the fantastic crew and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We're already looking forward to booking with them again for our next adventure. Highly, highly recommend!
