Sunset Camel Trekking allows you to feel and explore the beauty of the vast Arabian Desert. The 40 minute Camel ride draws you close to the charming Arabian Desert which is wrapped up in an ambiance of serenity. Travel to "Al Khayma Desert Camp" the world of ancient Arabs as you engage in various activities like Henna painting, Shisha smoking, dressing up as a real Emirati in the recreated Bedouin campsite, so on. The package is complete with a buffet dinner; accompanied by live entertainment shows and Stargaze with a telescope

Entertainment activities:- As per UAE law during the holy month of Ramadan and other religious holidays you can watch Tanoura and Fire shows only in our desert camps (Al Khayma) as there will be some restrictions for Ladies Khaliji Dance.

What To Expect

Dubai

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel. Start your journey to the desert "45-50min" long where the peaceful atmosphere would be more than a reason to rejoice.

Reach the desert where the Camel caravan is awaiting for you, explore the beauty of the desert on the back of a Camel for about 40-45 minutes. The fun of Camel trekking ends at the Bedouin camp "Al Khayma" where you will be welcomed warmly. You will also be served tea or coffee along with Arabian dates. You can try your hand at the Shisha smoking and/or get a Henna tattoo done. You will also get an opportunity to dress up like a typical Arab in local attire. Don’t forget to pose for a photograph with a Falcon resting on your shoulder or hand. Entertainment at the camp continues as you relish on a delicious BBQ buffet dinner while watching the live entertainment shows. Later you will be dropped off at your hotel/ select location safely.

This time, we joined a 7 hours tour, led by Mr. Aamerr Abbas. From the moment he picked us up at the hotel, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Throughout the trip, he constantly checked on us and made sure we were comfortable. Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience. we’ll definitely recommend both the tour and Mr. Aamerr Abbas’s excellent service to our friends.

I was with my son. Rachid picked us up exactly at the indicated time and was very friendly and clear. During the drive to the starting point, he also told extensively what we could see and what the special features of Dubai are. He answered all our questions. We also had a nice occupation in the car. An elderly couple from Canada and 2 business partners from Germany and Spain. Very cozy. Throughout the day Rachid helped us wherever he could without being pushy. The ATV driving was very cool, dune rally totally top notch and the food was more than fine. Overall a great day with a very nice guide. Thanks Rachid!

Everything was efficient, smooth and as described. The khayma camp is one of the better ones with excellent food, activities and services. It was also very clean. The most important thing is our guide Rashid was absolutely hospitable, sincere, genuine and knowledgeable. We felt safe and well taken care of with him and enjoyed our conversation and adventures.

This was a highlight of our trip to Dubai. We were picked up and dropped off by Nikki who was a great driver. The 40 minute camel ride was excellent and our escort took many photos of us. The buffet of local dishes was extensive- we couldn’t try everything but what we had was delicious. The entertainment included music, a fire show, and an Arabian horse display. The camp also had two powerful telescopes that were aimed at the moon and Saturn. This particular excursion did not offer noisy activities like dune bashing which is one of the reasons we chose it (the other being the long sunset camel ride). Highly recommended!

It is the best Desert Safari, wonderful atmosphere, good food, all amenities clean, rest areas away from the heat if needed. The entertainment amazing, falcons,henna painting,camels. The whole evening was excellent and of course the drivers of the vehicles were friendly and informative. I would recommend this tour
