In our whisky distillery, watch our washbacks foaming and our copper stills bubbling as your guide highlights the different stages of scotch production. From heritage and speciality malts to alternative yeasts, find out more about what we do differently to create exciting and innovative flavours for our single malts.

5.00Yesterday we visited the Holyrood Distillery. Our Guide Llyod was great! My Friends aren‘t as much into the „whisky game“ as I am but the whole experience was very beginner friendly. The Tour took about one hour and the time flew by. I personally would recommend the tour to everyone who wants some insights into the art of whisky making, without diving too deep into the details. Great young distillery

5.00Received a warm welcome on arrival and the tour itself was informative and relaxed. We were a small group to so very easy to see and ask questions. On our return to the bar, my son and I enjoyed a whiskey flight before heading home.

5.00A trendy well presented distillery, with very hospitable staff... Our tour guide Lloyd took us through the science of whiskey making .... it was exceptionally informative and humorous, we left feeling in love with whiskey .... even the wife now encourages me to drink more whiskey ..... therefore a visit to Holyrood is a must !!!

4.00The tour guide Diego was amazing! The tasting areas and tour were very lovely. If you are open to experimenting with your gin and whisky, you should go! I wasn’t a fan of their spirits (hence only 4/5) but good on them for trying.
