3.00The service was fine (once a driver arrived to take us to our destination). It should be made clear when booking that it is a not the type of service where a private driver meets you inside the terminal and takes you to a car to drive you to your destination. It is a taxi representative whom you telephone once you have your bags and who then finds you inside the terminal to show you to an outdoor location (where we stood for 10+ minutes in chilly weather) to wait for your driver to arrive.

5.00Luggage service at Edinburgh Airport was extremely slow (45 minutes), but we were contacted by phone and reassured that our driver (Adnand) would wait for us. Very satisfied.
