POOR experience. Address (Ave de la Bourdelais) was not accessible by foot. Pathways were closed to the address. Tour operator WOULD NOT RESPOND to text messages (but conveniently had the wherewithal to tell me "no shows" would be charged full price). Total waste of nearly $90. Will NEVER do business with Viator again. European regular. Done.

I am so glad we booked this tour because it allowed us to get some fun facts without being overwhelming and it also granted us access faster to getting to the second floor. We skipped lines and it didn’t feel like we wasted time. BRUNO was a great guide and made it enjoyable.

I think this tour is definitely worth it!! We went right to the front to get in and there is a lot to get through security, more security, elevators, etc... I only wish there was more communication about problems. The only downside we had was at one point we had to wait about 30 minutes with no information about what was going on. They were having issues with the elevators which is apparently quite common but even a "they are working on the elevators and we have to wait" would have been enough information on what was happening. Maybe some random facts or knowledge while we waited would have also helped. Just a tip, GO Early! We weren't at peak season and it got very crowded the later we were there.
