includes:
Pickup at 8/8:30 near your Hotel / accommodation in Catania where you will meet the Environmental Guide who will support you on board the Jeep during the excursion.
Arrival on Etna after about an hour, visit to a lava flow cave with torches and helmets provided, 10 minute stop in a bar, followed by a 2-hour trek to the Silvestri craters, at 12.30 you will be offered a tasting and a soft lunch
The excursion is easy to use and the presence of the Environmental Guide ensures a trek modulated according to the abilities of all participants.
Possibility of renting boots or jackets at a cost of € 5 each.
It is possible to request the vegan / vegetarian menu when booking.
Return at approximately 14/14:30.

Good tour, but certainly NOt a jeep tour.

4.00First thing is that this is NOT a jeep tour. We were picked up at our hotel and driven to the main parking area of Mt. Etna. Our driver/guide was very informative and friendly. No complaints with him at all, but to advertise as a jeep tour is very deciptive.

5.00Paulo our guide was very knowledgeable…. And was a great help on the difficult parts of the walk! The walk around the craters was great and the grotto… and lunch was great!

2.00very disappointed as it was very misleading. We were on the understanding it was 4 x4 up the mountain, but it a 4x4 to the base. If were aware of this we would not booked. Very very misleading. Will not booking with your again. 😬

5.00Had a wonderful day on Mt Etna. Our guide was knowledgeable and very informative. We weren’t too excited about going but once we go there realized how impressive mt Etna is. It was gorgeous. It was a great day.
