Cupola Del Brunelleschi
For centuries, the massive dome that sits atop the Florence Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore was considered an architectural impossibility by most experts in the field. How could it be built? How would it stand up to its own weight? And how would they put a dome of such size on top of the cathedral's existing structure? But in 1420, Filippo Brunelleschi finally pulled off what was thought to be impossible when he finished his construction masterpiece, which continues to stand today as one of the most iconic structures in all of Italy and even all of Europe. From up there you can see all Florence with its wonders in a majestic panorama, it is really one of those unforgettable experiences! The first view from up there is just spectacular – we would say that everything you have ever seen from within Florence so far looks completely different from there!
Campanile di Giotto
Giotto's Campanile is a bell tower located in the heart of Florence, next to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Built between 1334 and 1359, the campanile is renowned for its Gothic structure and decoration in white, green, and pink marble. A visit to Giotto's Campanile offers a breathtaking overview of the city of Florence. Visitors can climb the 414 steps to reach the top and enjoy a spectacular view of Florence and its iconic monuments, such as the Duomo and the Baptistry. During the ascent, it is also possible to admire the frescoes decorating the inner walls of the tower. A visit to Giotto's Campanile is an exciting experience for those who wish to delve into the history and architecture of the city and enjoy a unique perspective on its beauty. Customers are kindly informed that Giotto’s Bell Tower will remain closed from November 10th to 14th.

Incredible experience! Have patience finding your representative, but everything was perfect. The top on the Duomo was incredible and worth every penny.

First off- our tour was advertised as the Brunelleschi climb, Audio Guide App with exclusive content, crafted by an Art Historian, Bell Tower entry ticket, Opera del Duomo, Guaranteed to skip the lines, Battistero Di San Giovanni, Campanile di Giotto, Cupola Del Brunelleschi, Duomo - Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, Museo Dell'opera Del Duomo, Crypt of Santa Reparata . We payed $164.90 for our 2 tickets- so $82 a person. Upon arrival, our printed tickets handed to us by the tour operator said that they were €45 apiece. Much cheaper than we payed. And she informed us that we got access to the dome, and the only line we would be able to skip would be for the cathedral. Unfortunately, there are no skip the lines, you still have to get into the line with your tickets. We paid extra in order to skip the lines because the cathedral is free. The other lines to get into the rest of the cathedral were wrapped around the building and no skip the lines were available for anything. Because we could not skip the lines we were not able to see other parts of the cathedral or the bell tower because we had other tours planned, and this was advertised as a 3 1/2 hour tour. While the climb to the top of the dome would be more than worth €45, the fact that we paid much higher than that for the rest of the tour and we received none of it was very disappointing and I would not recommend booking with this company. I did reach out and ask for a partial refund. We also did not receive any information about the audio guide despite being prepared with our headphones. Our tour operator was very quick to hand us our tickets and tell us to go get in line and that was it. I waited to speak to her after to see where the skip the lines were, and she brushed me off and ignored me. Again, the climb was amazing and worth €45 per person, however, the price that I was charged of 82 per person it was not worth it considering we were not able to see anything else because of how long the lines were and other tours we had booked because they said that it would take about 3 1/2 hours.

Agent was very helpful and friendly. We were able to see all the places included with the ticket in one afternoon. Very convenient to have one pass to get into everything. Highly recommend going this route.

That those who speak in Spanish do not buy them because the people who deliver the tickets, are very unsympathetic, and do not show any willingness to explain clearly what the activity consists

Amazing experience; incredible views. The 463 steps were very difficult for this 66 y.o. lady, but doable. There are a few places to stop to catch your breath, but the time on top is limited, so don't take too long to stop. If you are very claustrophobic, you might want to think twice- it's very tight the last few minutes of climbing.

Being able to climb the Duomo was awesome. The views were well worth all the stairs. The tower was also a cool climb, just be prepared for some narrow stairs that make it difficult for folks coming up and down. The crypt was not as interesting as we were hoping. Be prepared to put your bag in the bag storage area. My husband is disabled and they wouldn't even let him bring in his medical bag! They also recommended downloading the audio app before going, however they didn't send up the stuff to get the app and log in until after our time to enter the Duomo. Even with the login information, we couldn't get the app to let us log in and the help chat was not helpful getting logged in. Thus we were unable to get the audio app to work.

The dome experience was fantastic, but this was a markup and could have bought the tickets directly and save money. The hosts just directed us to the line that was already formed, there was NO skip the line…

Other than the timed duomo climb you are on your own time frame and no need to rush. You get to explore the piazza at your leisure.
