Bus is small and not very comfortable. There is not enough leg room if you are medium height or above and the suspension is not great. The meeting instructions should say "meet across the street from where the busses are parked and look for a blue flag." It took me three inquiries to find the tour. Surprisingly, it was not at the Viator check-in area. The guide was hard to understand. While she never lost us, it was hard to keep up with the guide, especially on the 20-25 minute walk back to the bus at the end of the day.

Lovely guide and we felt it was a great balance of information with enough free time to explore both places. Siena was stunning, and we loved the beautiful cathedral with incredible frescos and ornate marble decorations. Also enjoyed a great lookout spot with wonderful views of the Tuscan countryside. San Gimignano was charming and we - like many others - joined the long queue to try gelato at Dondoli and were not disappointed.

This was a fun day trip to experience both cities! We were able to wander the city how we wanted, which was nice. Our tour guide on the boss was exceptional! Very informative . Worth the trip!

Siena and San Gimignano were beautiful cities and the winery lunch was nice. The tour guide's accent kept me from understanding her as well as I would have liked. Also, a few of the guests had trouble keeping up with her.
