1.00The person we needed to meet to verify our voucher NEVER showed up. We wandered around for 30 minutes and could not find the representative to exchange the voucher for our ticket. Missed the tour!!! Beyond disappointing and frustrating. Never again!!!!

2.00This tour was disappointing because of the tour guide. She was disorganized, seemed confused. She talked but not about the big picture. She had a lot of facts but none seemed relevant. I found it challenging to understand her English.
