We had a wonderful time, Roberto offers a relaxed and engaging class suitable for couples and families. The GF pasta was next level, a testament to the work he has put into his recipe which was easy for us as beginners to make and even easier to eat! It offers those with gluten intolerances and coeliac a unique chance to make pasta that they can safely eat and not being either of those myself I would recommend to anyone! I’m sure we will be back for one of Roberto’s tours or even the class again!

My tour was just me, my sister, and a friend. our guide was absolutely amazing, explained everything, joked with us, and told us some florence history. the food was AMAZING and entirely gluten free it was so safe! i couldnt recommend it enough

The best time we had in Florence was with Roberto and his Gluten Free Pasta Class! The whole experience was exceptional - educational with a thousand laughs mixed in. Roberto was patient and explained every step, along with the "whys", while sharing bits of Florence history. The Food! As the wife of a Celiac sufferer, I can attest that this was, above and beyond, the best gluten free food I've ever tasted, let alone made! Molto buono!

Roberto (and Paulo) :) were awesome!! This was such a great experience and was the highlight of our time in Florence. The pasta we made was amazing! Roberto was an amazing chef and teacher. Very fun and engaging. Paulo was cool too.

BOOK IT! This class was AMAZING because of Roberto, our chef and teacher, who was so great, so patient, so funny and kind! We have two adult kids who have celiac, so finding this class was great…..but actually cooking and eating the food was INCREDIBLE! Everyone loved it and nobody would suspect it was gluten free ….but it is. Schedule this class into your visit to Florence - you will be so glad you did!
