1.00I paid for this experience and they never showed. Apparently they no longer allow golf carts in Florence. I tried to reach out to the vendor with no reply, twice. I have reached out to Viator and asked to be refunded. Nothing. I am so disappointed and angry at this time and just want my money reimbursed.

5.00This was a really great way to learn the locations of the sites that we wanted to visit during our trip to Florence. Our guides were very knowledgeable because they were residents. The golf carts are a really great way to get around town.
If you're coming in to Florence by bus, book a golf cart tour.

5.00We're on a cruise ship being bussed to Florence to spend some time. Tour busses are not allowed in the city center and where they park is about a 30 min walk. Duccio, our guide, came to pick us up a little earlier than the appointed time because we were there. Duccio was great. He was courteous, knowledgeable, entertaining and accommodating. He let us get off to take pictures even though the sight was supposed to be a "drive past". I would definitely book another tour with this company if Duccio was our guide.

5.00Great tour if you’re short on time. Our guide Franco was wonderful! Very kind, informative and gave us all the time we needed to take photos all while keeping us on time. He even took photos of us. Highly recommend and ask for Franco!!
