Sebastián was very knowledgeable and accommodated our need to vary the tour a bit as we had already seen Piazza Michelangelo. I would not recommend this tour for a party of six because we were separated into two vehicles with no speaker system from lead cart. Missed too much of the history.

We arrived 30 minutes early. Our tour guide, Aldo was waiting for the 4 of us and we started the tour at 8:30 AM vs the 9 AM reservation. Aldo was excellent, entertaining and very knowledgeable of Florence history. The pharmacy was awesome and we made a special stop with the early start to a church with a very unique ceiling. Would recommend the early start in the August heat for a comfortable tour. My wife required hip surgery 2 mo ago limiting her mobility. This is the reason we picked the tour. You will see a great deal of Florence in a 2 hour time frame. Definitely recommend.
