5.00I took the afternoon excursion to Pisa from Florence, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The bus ride was comfortable and scenic — about an hour each way — and our guide Alexandria shared interesting facts about the Tuscan countryside along the route. Once we arrived, we had an independent walk through the Piazza dei Miracoli, which was beautiful. Seeing the Leaning Tower in person was even more impressive than I expected! The timing was well-organized — enough time for photos, a quick gelato, and browsing souvenirs. It’s a perfect option if you’re short on time in Florence and want to see Pisa without planning the logistics yourself. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a hassle-free way to check the Leaning Tower off their Italy bucket list!

4.00The shuttle is a bit hard to find, but convenient way to get to Pisa. A bit of a walk from the bus to Pisa, but not too bad. Our tour guide once inside Pisa was amazing! I forgot her name!

5.00Thanks to Christiana's bright and apt guide, I enjoyed going to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The meeting point was a little south of the kiosk opposite the bus terminal, with the blue jacket staff. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable time after that.

5.00Very comfortable bus ride from Florence to Pisa. The guide was knowledgeable and made the trip going and coming enjoyable. She was also clear as to where the sights were, ticket office if you needed to purchase, and meeting point with time. Both her English and Spanish were easy to understand. We were a little concerned about the driver as he was on the phone some of the time. His loud conversation interrupted the tour guide at times. That was not good.

5.00Frederica our tour guide was fantastic, she is excellent at being multilingual and made visiting Pisa very easy. She was always happy to chat further and answer further questions we had about where we were visiting. Instructions of when and where to meet back after getting off the coach were very clear and the journey to and from Pisa was seamless thanks to the coach driver and how easy to was to find the tour organisers. Pisa itself is very touristy but good for a short visit like this tour provides. Only downside was the next available time slot to be able to go up into the tower was the same time we were supposed to meet back up and leave so we could only see it from the outside in the end. Still got to have plenty of time to wander, get plenty of photos and see the rest of the city. Worth the excursion!
