Great job by the tour guides, with JJ doing the English commentary. Timings were good, enough time to wander by ourselves and enough historical context. Highly recommend.

Our tour guide was excellent and had a vast knowledge of all the places we stopped. He was funny and kept this engaged and everything that we did, I would highly recommend this company.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Both Toledo and Segovia were absolutely stunning, rich in history and charm. The organization was smooth and our guides were highly professional, knowledgeable, and engaging throughout the tour. I was genuinely impressed and completely satisfied.

My wife and I have been on dozens of Viator tours across many countries. I have never given a review lower than 4 stars. I must give Amiga Tours 1 star. This is a tour that is poorly designed and chaotic from the get-go. Ironically, the tour bus was nicknamed "Chaos" a fitting name for an operating company that has too many expectations for too poorly trained staff. The tour was Spain, specifically Toledo, Segovia with an option of lunch and with an option of a third city Avila. This was supposed to be an English language tour, but what is not mentioned when you register is it is actually bilingual, with 2/3 in Spanish and 1/3 in English. The tour guides are friendly enough but lack basic skills of explaining the sites properly along the way. There are so many people they use ear bud receivers and break into two walking groups one English and one Spanish. Packing this much into a single tour means you start your day in Madrid at 7:15AM, arrive one-hour later in Toledo while the city is still closed, walk from one side of the city to the other, tour a metalworks factory which is 5 minutes of demonstration and 55 minutes of standing in their gift shop while waiting for your lady lost in a line of 12 women waiting to use the single bathroom. This is obviously a relationship between the metalworks and the tour operator, which in my opinion could have been substituted for something of more historical significance. Back on the bus and two hours later you arrive in Segovia, and repeat the same walking routine from one side of the city to the other. You walk past the gorgeous Roman Aqueducts without stopping for more than a couple of minutes. The streets are so narrow you have to go single file to avoid being hit by cars, and it's easy to get out of range of the Wi-Fi earbuds to hear the guides. If you do the lunch option, you don't have time to shop in the main square, but you do have time to share a piglet with ten other people, and so you get a taste instead of a full meal. We missed the castle tour because the tour guides don't keep track of everyone. We actually asked another English speaking tour where we should head to find our tour group. We opted to forgo the third city so we could return early to Madrid for an 11-hour day, instead of a 14-hour day. Others in the tour group did the same. Since the guides lack good communications and organizational skills, and don't really seem to have a heightened passion for doing tours, I would avoid this tour, and Amiga Tours specifically.

Trip was great! Kostas was amazing guide! Had so much interesting information about each location! It was a very long day and we got to see and learn so much!, it was a pretty fast past tour but it makes sense with 3 towns to see, love learning about the history of the country I am visiting, and I have some pretty great photos and memories. Just an observation I think because it was the “off season”, the last stop felt a little rushed just because Kostas was translating both English and Spanish. we didn’t get any “free” time in the last stop..

A must do… we spent the day in Madrid and booked the most amazing trip… Toledo, Segovia and Avila… The tour bus was comfortable and modern. Enrique our tour guide was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this tour, Toledo is a magic city, Segovia is vibrant and you can enjoy a delicious cochinillo, a local dish and Avila is simply stunning and filled with so much history. Hopefully you will get Enrique as your tour guide, he provided us with so much information and insight. Next time you are in madrid, enjoy this tour! You will love it!
