The impressive Arenal Volcano is a magnificent natural wonder found in La Fortuna (La Fortuna) of San Carlos, Costa Rica, giving thousands and thousands of tourists the opportunity to witness volcanic activity such as plumes white smoke emanating from the giant conical shape. Poor, overpriced experience. Tried to skip the volcano. Left us for 6 hours at the hot springs. No reason for it to start at 430am. Don't recommend at all.

Bad attention and seriousness. They sell you one thing and give you another. It's not Baldi Hot Springs. It is to a different place with less quality and service. The guide didn't even know where we were going, it seemed more like she was going on vacation. Disappointed and not recommended at all.

Nothing described in the information was true I only spent 20 minutes in the viewpoint of the volcano and 2 hours in the hot springs the worst was the guide !!!! I didn’t know where she was standing or know the place either I didn’t know anything when you asked her something .....what if I knew was to hurry at lunchtime to leave !!! 'Cause I wanted to get to the bad bunny concert that's what I talk to the driver all the way through. We didn't eat lunch at all unhappy and the whole group thought the same thing. We were 9 people. Until I wanted to know who you are. To ask for half my money.

We had the best time! Maria was a great tour guide with a lot of good information on the area we were. The drive to the hot springs was very beautiful. The first stop was amazing! Great view of the volcano. The hot springs was the best part! Very relaxing and fun! Very fun and fast water slides! The natural sauna was great too! Would highly recommend and would do again!!

Great day! Baldi resort and hot springs is beautiful and so relaxing. Being dramine if you get car sick because it’s 3 hours of twisty roads to get back to San Jose! But so worth it!

Fernando was AMAZING. Very knowledge, very interactive. It didn't feel like a 12hr day so much to see and do. We did everything I planned for a short stay. The hot springs was the perfect ending to the day. Beautiful scenery. Lunch and dinner were delicious.
