We are group of 10 from Florida. We enjoyed our tour with Ghazal our tour guide. She so sweet by giving us gift on our Anniversary. She makes sure everyone was comfortable and very accommodating on our need. Our driver Pasquale is a great driver. It’s was a beautiful ride exploring the coastline of Italy. I highly recommend Ghazal and Pasquale for your tour in Amalfi Coast, Sorrento and Pompeii.

The tour guide Nima was at the port gate with our name , was knowledgeable and very pleasant . Was attentive to travellers who needed extra assistance with canes and walkers . The driver Josepa was an A-1 driver, though it was raining through our drive on winding uphill roads, he was excellent in manoeuvring the bus. They suggested a great restaurant for lunch and took us around the town and gave the background of all areas of interest. In Pompeii, Nima had another guide walk us through the ruins and gave us the highlights in the 2 hours we had available before we needed to be at the dock. Nima had bottles of water for all passengers and also a token gift of magnets from Salerno , what a wonderful experience made so much better by pleasant and knowledgeable tour guides. Thank you Nima and wishing you the best !

  • Good trip but awful cramped bus

The guide was great. She was knowledgeable, informative, and fun. Unfortunately, there was bad traffic which reduced our trip to Pompeii from 2 hours to 1. The one negative, and it’s a big one because we were in the bus for a long time was the cramped seating on the bus. No leg room at all and I’m short. One of the passenger had to sit facing the aisle.

Ghazal was our tour guide for a full day guided tour in Pompeii, Sorrento, and the Amalfi Coast. The weather looked like it was going to rain but it held off during our adventures. When I booked this tour, I thought it was a private tour just for our group of six. When we arrived at the meeting point, Ghazal said there was going to be about 32 people on the tour. Once everyone arrived and checked in with Ghazal, she called for the bus. She told us not to worry about anything as she was going to be our mom for the day. We spent a lot of time driving the Amalfi Coast. It was still beautiful in spite of clouds and the impending threat of rain. We stopped along the way for photo ops. We had a photo op in Positano and then went back to Sorrento where we had lunch in Sorrento at the Restaurant Aurora for authentic pizza. We had a little time for shopping in Sorrento, too. We needed WhatsApp to receive the link for location of where the bus was parked so we could meet there after lunch at the appointed time. After lunch, we went to Pompeii. I thought we had a tour that came with entrance tickets to Pompeii and an English speaking tour guide. We ended up paying 14 euros per person to enter Pompeii. Some people in the group had free vouchers to enter Pompeii and others had to pay cash to Ghazal. Out of the group of 32 people, we were the only ones who had an English guide inside Pompeii. We had less than 1-1/2 hours in Pompeii but would have loved to stay there longer. Since Pompeii was listed first in the tour description, I thought we would go there first and have lots of time to explore Pompeii rather than having to rush through it at the end of our tour. After we entered the gates to Pompeii, we met our English speaking guide who was excellent. He was very knowledgeable. Pompeii is very interesting and a wonderful well-preserved historical landmark. Due to cloud cover, we could not see Mt. Vesuvius. Our guide had pictures which was nice. We were back at the meeting spot in Pompeii at the appointed time, but we ended up waiting for the rest of the group which made us late leaving for Pompeii. Once the group was together, Ghazal wanted a group picture as this was the largest group she had had. Ghazal sent everyone in the group the picture which was a nice gesture. We left Pompeii after 16:40. The ship’s gangway was to go up at 17:30. On the way back, we ran into lots of traffic and a few streets were flooded because of the rain in Naples. We got off the bus at 17:15 and had to hurry to the ship.

  • Great tour to see Pompeii...

Great tour to see Pompeii and part of Amalfi Coast during the cruise. However, there wasn’t a guide to go inside Pompeii with us and we had to tour on our own, would’ve been nice to have them go through with us and explain the sites.
