Troy the tour guide is very polite, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient with my 2 young kids and very accomodating despite the rainy day. We will definitely use their service again when we are back in China and will highly recommend to our family and friends.
10/10 would recommend to anyone!

We traveled To Beijing and Shanghai with a baby and a toddler, and Jenny's Tours made everything smooth and stress-free. The guides were patient, knowledgeable, and kind — always ready to pivot based on how our kids were doing that day. The drivers were excellent too, going out of their way to help and making us feel safe the entire time. The company was flexible, quick to respond, and always adjusted to what we needed or wanted. On top of that, the food they arranged was absolutely delicious. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone, especially families traveling with young kids.

I had a private tour of Shanghai the other day & it was great! My tour guide Jane was exceptional in her knowledge & experience. Everything was well planned out & when I wanted to take more time or asked to see anything else she was happy to oblige. We also had a terrific driver & a very nice car. I would highly recommend Jenny’s China tours (ask for Jane).

We had three full days organised by Jenny's Shanghai Tours. One day with Nora and two days with Apple. Very well organized and we visited all the spots we wanted to see and more. The guides are sharing a lot of information which adds to the experience. We can only recommend Jenny and her team. In case we return to China in the future we sure knoiw where to find our travel support. Thanks Nora, Apple and Jenny.

Booked a tour package with Jenny and her team delivered. Booking was super easy, package was customized to exactly what we wanted. Tour guides were so friendly and provided great insight not just to the area, but local cuisine recommendations etc. 7 days in Shanghai including airport transfer.

Although the excursion had been requested in Spanish, as I did so with little time in the end I had to do it in English. We were very lucky. Our Apple guide treated us great. He gave us a lot of comments and we were very helped by those who knew English from the group. They certify them. The driver very attentive very friendly and the vehicle was super clean. We also had some bottles of frozen water so we could enjoy it as it was 35° in Shanghai. I would recommend it without hesitation.
