No one showed up at the time and place communicated to me on the eve of the trip. I tried to reach out for help by phone but gave up after waiting and trying for more than one hour and booked with an other operator as this was my only day available for this trip . I have received no explanation so far and no refund

We booked the diamond service for this trip. They tried to cram far too much into one day. No guide provided at Tulum and just not enough time to see it all. Enjoyed Coba, using the transport provided (Myan Uber) saves a 5k walk. Eddie the "uber"driver was very knowledgeable and explained the site so definitely worth it. The food at the Myan village was OK even though we didn't get lunch till after 4pm could have done without the Shamen trying to get 145 dollars out of us for a blessing. The cenote was interesting just a small hole in the ground and a steep set of spiral stairs into a cave. We ended up paying for life jacket hire which was supposedly already covered with the "diamond" trip. By the time we got to riveraya mya for free time the shopping part of the trip we were given 40 mins so once again not enough time. Far too many stops on this trip and a very long day. and could be cut shorter giving more time at Tulum (With a guide). I would not recommend if you have younger children.

The day was far too long, it was nearly 12 hours long and we travelled around 600km. We hadn’t realised it would be such a long way when we booked, had it been just my husband and myself it would have been ok but our 2 kids were shattered and didn’t enjoy it in the end. We didn’t know we had to pay for lockers and life vests at the cenote as it wasn’t on the ticket but cost us 400 Mexican pesos for a family of 4. I had to continually message the tour company to find out what time we were being picked up and on the way back I had to shout to the driver to stop as he was driving past our hotel, he had got the wrong one down despite picking us up. The sights were good but I wouldn’t book again.
