My flight landed extremely late and I was worried if the driver would be there waiting for me. He was there early but I got lost trying to find him. The company called me and helped me find him and the driver wasn't upset about waiitng.

The driver was present in the arrivals hall when we arrived, and even after an hour of searching and returning the hall, he never appeared. We had no phone service, so unable to call. The provider contacted us via What's App. We explained the situation, but they refused a refund.

Our plane was delayed and the airline lost our luggage so we were rather late getting to where our driver was supposed to be, but he was still waiting for us! He also made some quick stops along the way to ensure we had what we needed since we had no luggage. He was awesome! And of course, had some great stories to tell!

Due to extreme airline late departure and missing our connection in London, driver did not wait for our transport to the hotel. We took a taxi. We Attempted to contact all numbers on our confirmation with no luck. In fact, one replay was that there was no reservation listed. We requested a refund and have be denied. WHY ! Also, question why would the driver not check on the arrival flights update as airline arrival information was offered on the booking??
