That you don't cross the street to get picked up at Sahara. You stay on the same side on the corner.

Others need to be made aware you will likely NOT be picked up at your hotel like the Viator rep advised which is why we booked this tour specifically in the first place. You find out at 8:00 in the evening via e-mail or text and have to be prepared to plan. I do not feel this was the tour company’s fault but rather Misled by Viator reps twice. The tour itself was amazing and did not disappoint. Ladies can bring a larger tote bag but no backpacks at all. That said, the tour was very informative and plenty of water was provided.

Guided tour isn’t included in price. $25 extra for it. Also too many stops pre and post tour. Tour should be split up so that those who don’t have breakfast included and go directly to destination without having to wait on others. Takes up at least 30 min. Grand Canyon and skywalk are worth seeing. Tour guide probably has best intentions but it felt like he tried to talk pointlessly while en route to destination. Too early and people want to sleep as pick up is very early. Also tour guide didn’t allow for tourists to chat at all. Felt like grade school and being scolded by teacher. Should allow for more time pre and post to have people rest while on bus. No need to chat so much if no actual interesting facts being told. Was mostly chatting about personal stuff. Organization as a bit confusing end to end. I would recommend you drive there and do self tour or pay someone to take you on private tour.

Scenery was beautiful. It wasn’t really a tour, more of transportation to the grand canyon. The “tour” was conducted on the way there , not at the canyon, which is very misleading. You could “purchase” a private tour there if you wanted. The guide, gave us the tour on the way there with facts about things in Las Vegas and Hoover dam but I really thought there would be guidance at the canyon. Also our bus was supposed to pick us up at our hotel, which was why I selected it, we had to travel several blocks to another. And we had to be there at 4:45 in the morning ! As for the meals, the description Devit seem like we could choose where to eat when we stopped but we could only go to their lighthouse kitchen. Perhaps they should let you know that. Limited menu there. I would have rented a car and drive there had I known there was really not a tour of the canyon.
