This part of coastline use to be deep under water. The stone formed about 200 million years ago from ocean debris, such as plant and fish matter that floated to the bottom of the really deep ocean. Also keep a look out for the tiny and adorable Fairy Penguins as there are thousands of them around the area too!

5.00Great time all around. Highly recommend doing it backward, then the end of the day is faster. Knowledgeable guide with a great sense of humor and willing to do his best to answer questions. Had a great time. Definitely worth the trip.

5.00An amazing day out, Steve our driver was knowledgeable, very friendly and made the trip special for everyone. We didn’t feel rushed but managed to see a lot of areas that you wouldn’t normally have seen on other tours. We had a great time and recommend this trip to those who want to fit a lot of amazing sightseeing in to one day!

5.00Fabulous, fun and informative tour with our excellent host Steve. Doing the reverse tour with a small group was a wonderful intimate experience and introduction to The Great Ocean Road, without the challenge of crowds. Steve was so knowledgeable, informative and caring of his group of guests driving and guiding us safely the whole trip. Some of the guests were visitors to Oz and wanted to see koalas and kangaroos in the wild and Steve achieved that! We had the right amount of stops and nothing was rushed. Absolutely great, fun day out with Steve from Tours Around Melbourne. You won’t be disappointed if you purchase this tour!

He shared with us the Melbourne history, the beauty of the coastal scenery and the irresistible charm of Australian wildlife, koalas, kangaroos, cockatoos. The weather turned out magnificent. Totally recommend the tour and our guide Bill.
