This part of coastline use to be deep under water. The stone formed about 200 million years ago from ocean debris, such as plant and fish matter that floated to the bottom of the really deep ocean. Also keep a look out for the tiny and adorable Fairy Penguins as there are thousands of them around the area too!

5.00This excursion is loonngggg (12 hours), but the scenery is worth the hours of driving. I recommend the reverse itinerary because crowds do build up at the 12 Apostles so you want to get there early. Disappointing that we couldn't walk the rainforest, but it was closed due to weather ( idk why, but that's what they told us). Saw a few koalas on trees whole driving, and the driver will stop so you try to get a picture. The whole drive along the Ocean Coast is amazing. I do recommend this tour.

5.00Our driver was a lovely man, kind , funny, very knowledgable. Did not talk too much, but when he did you wanted to listen. I was worried about the long day, but I handled it very well as you saw and experienced a lot.

5.00John Emmanuel picked us all up between 0615-715 as there were ten of us and we made a beeline (fast route) to 12 Apostles getting there by 10.10 afrer a voffee/bfast/bathroom stop. 12Apostles was dreamlike with that ocean crashing everywhere- we saw other sights and lunch was amazing too
