Under the instructor’s watchful eye, prepare an authentic Greek feast and then sit down with fellow food-lovers in your group to eat it!

This small-group cooking class is limited to 18 people, ensuring you'll learn all about Greek cooking in an intimate atmosphere.

What To Expect

Cooking Class & Dinner with Acropolis View - Discover Greece’s culture through its delicious food. The best way to do so is by graduating from a hands-on cooking class. During this small group tour, you’ll learn how to cook traditional Greek dishes with a small group of fellow food lovers. Along the way, with the guidance of your experienced instructor, you’ll become familiar with the ingredients and the techniques that are the foundation of Greek cooking. The dinner typically includes the preparation of 3 to 4 starters, salad, a main dish and a dessert. Menus vary according to season as well as the fresh products and meat available at the local market. At the end of the lesson you will enjoy the dishes with a majestic view of the Acropolis.

We had a lovely afternoon. With a group off 6 we prepared a nice dinner. We prepared a delicious diner and had nice conversations with our fellow chefs. ???? The host, Vicky, was friendly and entertaining.

The class led by Chef Niki was excellent. Everything explained well and lots of foodie information. Unfortunately the service following the class by the restaurant left much to be desired and the hot food was cold by the time delivered. This is not meant to be critical of the class itself

This class was at a disadvantage after we took the most amazing class in Naxos. There is little hands-on cooking; we did a bit of chopping and then some class participants got to mix items (with their hands). The food was ok and the meal was not on the rooftop. The biggest benefit is you can purchase glasses of wine during the class to make it more bearable.

Amelia was energetic and fun and had excellent insight into the kitchen and culture of Greek families. Our group was lively and she went with the flow beautifully! It was a very special experience we would highly recommend.

Back from a trip to Madrid we stopped to eat in Benavente and purely by chance we entered La Taberna De Bode everything was great both the treatment that was as very familiar as the tapas so great that prepared good homemade style cuisine and great variety
