  Three cheers to Pablo for his guiding expertise, easy going nature and knowledge of the local geology and plant life. We rode among the cactus - such a special place to see by mountain bike. He picked me up at my rental in Zona Central, La Paz and provided a good bike for me. I know my way around bikes, but not a snob about it, so this front suspension Trek was perfect for the outing. We had good conversation during the ride back from La Ventana area and for the price, I thought the experience was fantastic. This particular ride can be done by novice riders, but experienced cyclists will love the epic cactus forest. I recommend Senda Experencias! / D. Moore, Dec 2025

  This trip was amazing! The scenery as we rode, the view of the bay, and our guide Pablo were all incredible. Pablo is very knowledgeable about the cactus forest and the environment but was also very attentive to what we needed as relatively novice mountain bikers.   We did the guided cactus-forest ride as a couple and had such a great time that we’re already talking about when we can come back. The whole route feels like stepping into a different planet — wide-open desert, giant cardóns, and these little pockets of silence that make the whole ride strangely peaceful. The bikes were in great shape, the pace was relaxed but still fun, and our guide made the whole experience feel effortless. It was one of those rare activities that’s both novel and grounding.   I arrived in Baja without much of a plan and all I knew is that I wanted to have a mountain biking adventure with locals that know the terrain. Senda was the right choice: Pablo took me to an awesome spot with so many gigantic cacti, and a great combination of easy routes and gnarly segments. Pablo is a great teacher and guide, and he makes you feel safe and at ease at all times. I fully recommend this unique experience!

  It is a combination of emotions and adrenaline in contact with nature. The truth is that you live an unparalleled experience by being well guided and with very friendly comrades and technicians in what they do.   Paul shared with us an amazing route. Before he started, he made sure that the bugs were the ideal size and accommodation for each one. He took us through some amazing scenery and was very patient. Along the way, he helped me a lot with tips to improve my skills. What I really liked is that the tour was personalized: it put the route together according to our fitness and skills, and at the same time taking us along routes where we could have room to acquire new skills. Besides, Paul has very good energy and always kept an eye on us.

  I just finished an incredible mountain bike adventure in La Ventana and it blew me away. The trails were a perfect mix of challenge and flow—fast singletrack sections with stunning desert scenery, cactus-lined paths, and incredible views of the Sea of Cortez. Every climb was rewarded with a thrilling descent that made the ride totally worth it. Pablo was amazing—super knowledgeable about the terrain, very safety-conscious, but also knew how to keep the vibe fun and relaxed. He adjusted the ride perfectly to our skill level and even stopped at the best lookout spots so we could take in the panoramic views (and catch our breath!).
