A well run, enjoyable and informative cooking session. Even better, you get delicious food to eat (a lot of it)! Top tip - don't have breakfast before you go!

This is a very commercialized experience with multiple large groups all at the same place. 45 min drive from old city with a very brief stop at a small market where guide rushed through just naming some fruits. Definitely that was a time waste but we didn’t actually get anything from the market. Our guide seemed tired and unengaged. We then followed all the other vans to a small farm that had lots of renovations to private home being done. There was a very small garden on the back they walked us through to show us some vegetables but also only for show, none used in cooking, the food was all kept in large bags and refrigerators brought in commercially. The cooking itself was assembly line style where they lined all the ingredients out for us and told us when to throw it in and stir. The food was tasty with multiple options which was very nice but we spent the rest of the day feeling very swollen leading us to believe the ‘chicken powder’ they use was full of msg and sodium? This is definitely not a full experience but gives you some basics on how to throw some rice noodles veggies and spices in a wok over high heat until it’s cooked.
