It was a well organised and whole enjoyable tour. The hiking was quite moderate, a bit of up and down and up again etc. The guide Matt, was knowledgeable and conscientious and made sure he had as many of the group a s he started with. (always a plus😁). Lunch was well received, simple, nutritious, tasty and filling; as much as you wanted. The visit to the local Karen people was quite enlightening and they have a good commercial business with their homemade wares, inc. caoffee, tea woven clothing and household articles. The waterfall was spectacular and a fitting finale ti a great day out

Very interesting, the jungle walk was fine, the visit to the tribe of women Long neck was more a staging for the purpose of selling products, I do not mean it with the eagerness to criticize, but so that they know that they will not learn anything from the uses and customs of these women (beautiful by the way), is optional and costs 300 baths

Would recommend highly. Great day out with a relatively moderate hike, fabulous views, a visit to the spectacular twin pagodas of the former queen and king. In addition a simple, but extremely delicious lunch, with as much as you wanted, delivered straight to your table. Capped by a visit to Wachirathan waterfall, flowing in all its glory. Returned home tired, but delighted by the days events.

This trip makes for a great day out at the national park. We got a good hike round Kew Mae Pai (you don't need to be super athletic, but the first hour or so is uphill and will get your heart going). Some wonderful photo opportunities up there if the weather is good! Then on to the royal pagodas, which I appreciated more than I thought I would, a quick market visit, a really nice lunch, and then a visit to a Karon village for coffee. Our guide Chin made the day run really smoothly, adjusting to the weather and other situations as we went along. Recommended.

This was a good day out, well organised and picked up from our hotel and the guide was great and informative. But I don't think it quite met our expectations. I know I am a tourist but it is very busy with multiple different trips and so many other tourists it takes away the charm of perhaps what you'd expect from a national park. You're all herded through the same route, and when you are driving to the highest peak you pass quite a few signs for other waterfalls etc which you don't stop at, they take you straight to the tourist bit highest part of Thailand. And again with multiple other groups all around it was quite underwhelming. Most of the trip seemed to be lots of waiting around for everyone to take photos and the guide to take photos, rather than actually keeping moving and seeing more. For the 2h hike it was only about 3km long, it was more challenging towards the end so felt like a bit of exercise, but if you like a proper hike, again lower your expectations. Lovely views but just following hundreds of other people does spoil it slightly. It is definitely a tourist hike, stopping every 5 minutes for the guide to show you a check point or tell you a piece of information and take photos, and depending on the people in your group you might end up waiting a while for slow walkers to catch up. The most impressive bit was the waterfall as the last stop which was stunning and made the trip worth it. The coffee village stop was good and liked trying the different drinks, especially interesting to try coffee shell tea and buy some coffee to take home, but again maybe another 4 groups crammed in at other tables and very very touristy. It's a good trip if you want a taster of what the park has to offer but expect it to be very busy, and not a peaceful national park visit. If you want to see it in more detail, I imagine the only way would be hire a car and drive it yourself, or private hire. Final note we went end of November and it was cold up there! Wear long trousers and bring a light jacket or jumper. If you want an alternative taste of the jungle I'd recommend a zipline day if you're not afraid of heights, much more immersive.

Tour was exactly as described! All parts of the tour were very close to one another, the only large chunk of driving was to reach the park initially. Guide was funny, nice and very organized! Highly recommend

A good tour, we really enjoyed the trek which wasn't too challenging but felt like we had had a walk. Sadly we were shrouded in cloud at the top so did not experience the views. The visit to the two pagodas was great too. The Karen village and lunch were not so great (food OK but nothing special) and there was a constant stream of tourists all doing the same thing - I realise there must be an arrangement with the local people but it did not feel very authentic. The waterfall was more impressive than I was expecting, so a good end to the day. Overall a good tour and would recommend.

The tour itself was immaculately organised from start to finish. Our tour guide New was amazing, and very insightful into the national park, and twin pagodas. She was very helpful and ensured we all had an amazing experience. I couldn't have asked for a better tour guide, as well as the tour itself showcasing the beautiful scenery of Northern Thailand! I would highly recommend this tour for those who want to see the beauty of the mountains, hike the forest & try the coffee in the village !

Nice busy day, well organized, the guide was friendly and gave enough explanations. The must-do activity is the 2h walk, on a path but with many stairs so not to recommend to people with fragile knees or ankles. The afternoon is however dispensable: tasting stops at the market and coffee producers are made at the chain, groups of tourists one after the other, fortunately without having to go to the cash register.
