On a 1.5-hour self-guided tour you’ll learn about the company’s heritage, the beer brewing process, Heineken’s innovations, and about what it takes to serve a world-famous beer.
Find out the four natural ingredients that make this beer, and discover the brand’s sponsorship activities with Formula 1, the UEFA Champions League and the Rugby World Cup. And sure enough, at the end of the tour you can raise your glass with new friends.

Your ticket for the Heineken Experience is a ticket with a timeslot you chose while making a reservation. You can ONLY enter the Heineken Experience at this specific time. Changing your slot time is NOT possible. The address of the Heineken Experience is Stadhouderskade 78 Amsterdam.
The timeslot you book is the timeslot for Heineken Experience. You can use your voucher for the City Canal Cruise daily between 10:00AM and 05:00PM from our docks at Heineken Experience and Hard Rock Cafe.
Please note that your voucher needs to be scanned at Heineken Experience. You can redeem your canal cruise inside one of the ticket offices of Blue Boat Company where a timeslot will be assigned.
Blue Boat Company has 2 docks: * The first dock is located at Stadhouderskade 501 opposite the Hard Rock Cafe. Take tram 1, 2, 5,11 and 12 stop at Leidseplein. from there the dock is a 2 minute walk. * The second dock is located at Stadhouderskade 550, opposite Heineken Experience. Take tram 2, 5,and 12 stop at Rijksmuseum. from there the dock is a 5 minute walk or take metro No. 52 and stop at Vijzelgracht. From there the dock is only a 2 minute walk.
Last City Canal Cruise from Hard Rock Cafe departs at 18:00.
Last City Canal Cruise from Heineken Experience departs at 17:15.

4.00The Heineken tour (90 mins. minimum)was interesting. The Canal tour commentary was just OK. Suggestion: The Blue Boat Canal ride ticket office is right in front of the Heineken Brewery. STOP THERE FIRST…before the Brewery tour to reserve a slot on the canal tour. The canal rides fill up & are often booked in advance. We had to wait over an hour for a boat with open seats. Planning ahead & booking before the brewery would have helped.

2.00The itinerary and directions of the tour package was not clear enough. It was misleading though we enjoyed though most especially the Heineken and experience! My advise is just purchase a separate tour for Heineken Experience and canal boat ride .

5.00Very nice way to end a busy day of strolling through Amsterdam. The Heineken team makes a very pleasant and funny presentation. Kudos to their enthusiastic energy. Take a minute to visit the rooftop.
