1.00Victor sent me what I thought was my ticket and I spent 3 hours at the Airport looking for the tour company as stated in the instructions. I ended up just paying fir my ticket again. So many emails from Viator before my trip even one that said here's your ticket didn't even open it till after I arrived with a different scanning code l. Why open it I already according to them I had what I needed.

1.00Was very disappointed - I took the train but to so called ticket sent to me didn’t work and I had to pay the train service to get out of the station. After a long haul flight this was very frustrating and upsetting for an older person travelling alone. When contacting Viator I was refused a refund. I have used Viator many times over the years so was very disappointed and will consider a different provider in the future.
