We visited the Burj Al Arab with our daughters, eight and ten years old. The tour was well organized from the start and very well guided. We felt very comfortable and our children were treated warmly. All very impressive and not everyday. Unfortunately, we cannot give the full star/score because the entrance hall in Burj Al Arab could not be visited enough. Unfortunately, we only quickly scurried through the impressive entrance hall with its aquarium and gigantic airspace. Here we would have liked much more time and collected the various impressions sustainably. Great, imposing building in distant, price dimensions. Everyone loved the tour.

First we were driven by golf cart to Burj al Arab and welcomed there with a small drink and damp towels. Then we went to the lobby (note the dress code) and then to the 25th. Floor. You have as much time as you want everywhere, for each room there is a different employee who is happy to explain and take photos.

The tour was not so impressive as advertised and expected even to guides from the hotel were friendly and helpful. Besides, it lasted about 50 minutes instead 1.5 hours and I had not received e-tickets prior 24 hours of the tour and had to contact tour operator and reminded them about it.

The tour was amazing. The inside guides were awesome. You cannot take pics on the ground floor or second level. The view up is amazing but there are no photos and there should be a photo opportunity by the host. It is worth the tour to go inside this exquisite and iconic landmark. It would be a bonus to actually go to the very top outside and actually take a pic from outside at the very top because there is no other observation deck. Delicious dates and good coffee was simply amazing.

The tour itself was wonderful and well organized. We saw some really incredible suites and had a great opportunity to experience the opulence of this Dubai gem. But be aware that the tour is erroneously named “with Transfer”, because unless you order one of the food options, it will not include a transfer even if the page allows you to do so. I had a confirmed transfer in writing but was denied at the last minute with the tour company explaining it was optional and that my tour document said “tour only” after it was booked which mislead me to believe that just meant with no food or coffee option. You have to book the food or coffee to get the transfer despite the title wchich never said “optional”.
If you must see this hotel, these guys do a good job showing it to you.

What a beautiful luxurius hotel in world Greeted at the entrance by the valet staff you are whisked away into the beautiful lobby. The sounds of water greet your senses. The playful arc of the stair fountains grasps your eyes and beckon you to the shear beauty of the lobby. The whole trip is amazing, it gives us a nice experience in learning the luxury lifestyle. The hotel is visually stunning.This is truly the best hotel in the world as well from the staff, location and the experience. The tour guide Joe is very nice!

This remarkable island hotel was the highlight our my tour. I have taken videos of almost every room we visited. I would never be able to stay here, not even for one night but the views from both inside and outside were marvelous. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
