The 90-minute butler-guided tour will take guests on an exclusive journey of discovery, to hear the untold stories of Dubai’s world-famous hotel and uncover what makes the international icon of the UAE a landmark of architectural innovation. The tour includes a visit to the famous hotel atrium and glamourous Royal Suite as well as a curated Experience Suite with digital interactives allowing guests to relive history with original architectural designs showcasing where it all started. Starting off at the wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel, guests will be driven by buggy to a photo op vantage point midway over the bridge that connects the hotel to the mainland.

It was not worth the money at all .. I saw more of the hotel when I went in for a drink ! It was also sold with a monorail ticket but there was no explanation that this was at least a 20 minute taxi ride away so we weren’t able to do that ..I cannot believe it was £60 each so would not recommend at all

The tour was spectacular! We were so lucky to have access to parts of this iconic building. All the staff and guides were smart friendly and very knowledgeable. This behind the scenes look at the design planning building and furnishing of the Burj Al Arab was amazing. The views with a cheeky glass of delicious champagne were incredible 😊

I bought this and I was happy because my trip was for 9 pm. There was a very very long line but sine I had this ticket we got to skip the line n went straight up to 154 floor where we were greeted by them and directed us to diff places to sit with wonderful view and they also told us about food area where they had diff kinds of sandwiches and desserts, also alcohol and coffee tea juice champagne. I got my money’s worth
Highly recommended for families looking for something special to do in Dubai!

It was my dream to experience each corner of this place and thanks to team Royal smart tourism who arranged our trip within few hours. If we talk about the Burj al Arab so I thinking it's better to be experience this place at your own.

You need to have closed toe shoes and there was nothing in the notes about that. They will try to sell you some if you don’t have them. They were rude and snobby. They tour was okay but not worth the money
