What To Expect
Milan
The day tour starts when you meet your English-speaking guide in central Milan. From there, a private air-conditioned coach will take you across the border to Switzerland through stunning scenery and your guide will be on hand to fill you in on the sights.
Lake Como
The best way to experience Lake Como is by boat. A relaxing private boat will allow you to view this tranquil landscape from the water. As you float by, your guide will point out famous villas used as locations for Star Wars and James Bond movies along with the homes of international stars like George Clooney. You’ll also have plenty of time to take pictures or just take in the view with a refreshment from the onboard restaurant. Arriving back in Milan in time for dinner, you won’t believe you managed to see so much in one day, and without ever feeling rushed.

5.00The entire tour was well coordinated and organised by our tour guide Sara who did an exceptional job at explaining the history of Lake Como, giving recommendations on places to eat at Bellagio and the spots to shop at Lugano. Overall, we had a splendid experience and would love to do more tours with City Wonders.

5.00This tour was amazing from start to finish. Monica our tour guide was full of knowledge and such a lovely lady interacting with us all. We felt very safe with the coach driver too. At the end of the tour she even recommended how to spend the evening. We took her advice and went for dinner to the Navigli canals she told us what metro to catch and where to get off.

5.00Beautiful place. The boat ride was great and the stop overs were long enough to enjoy a meal and the places alike. Our guide Jo was helpful. She tries to share as much information as she could with us and ensured that we know our way around, the food to get, the prices to watch out for etc. Trip was very well organised as of my other experience with City Wonders.

4.00It was a long day! We enjoyed the Lake Como part of the day much better than the second half which was Lugano, Switzerland. Other than the Christmas Market or shopping, there wasn’t much more to do there.

5.00Wonderful tour to Como & Lugano with guide Alice. Conditions too rough on the lake to visit Bellagio, so was changed to Menaggio which was lovely. Just the right amount of structure and free time. Highly recommend.

4.00This was such a fun experience and all the stops: Lake Como, Bellagio and Lugano were all unique and amazing. Our guide was Alice who was friendly and gave the tour with a friendly and insightful vibe. The day was beautiful for the tour and all the stops had a charm to them. Lake Como was very pretty. Bellagio had great shops and restaurants. While Lugano had shops, restaurants, and a wonderful ambiance. We loved the tour and Alice made our day so much fun. Would highly recommend this tour for a relaxing and beautiful day whenever your in Milan.
