What To Expect
Milan
The day tour starts when you meet your English-speaking guide in central Milan. From there, a private air-conditioned coach will take you across the border to Switzerland through stunning scenery and your guide will be on hand to fill you in on the sights.
Lake Como
The best way to experience Lake Como is by boat. A relaxing private boat will allow you to view this tranquil landscape from the water. As you float by, your guide will point out famous villas used as locations for Star Wars and James Bond movies along with the homes of international stars like George Clooney. You’ll also have plenty of time to take pictures or just take in the view with a refreshment from the onboard restaurant. Arriving back in Milan in time for dinner, you won’t believe you managed to see so much in one day, and without ever feeling rushed.

4.00This day trip is fabulous! Our guide, Maya was great, very informative but not talking every single moment. She made sure everyone was doing well & included. The coach was very comfortable & air conditioned. They had water to offer for 1 Euro if needed which was nice later in the day if you ran out of your own. The boat tour around Lake Como was beautiful and Maya was very knowledgeable. Bellagio was stunning with plenty of time to explore and have lunch. Maya recommendations if you want them. The only downside for us is that in Lugano, everything was closed but the restaurants because it was a Sunday. Lugano was a big part of why we booked so that was very disappointing but overall the trip was fabulous, just be aware if you are booking on Sunday, but no shops are open.

5.00What an excellent day! Our tour guide Sara was just amazing. She was kind and knowledgeable, made sure everyone was comfortable, she was great!! When we got to Bellagio she recommended a restaurant, the food was fantastic and the prices were very fair for the area. We had a great lunch with a view of Lake Como. In Switzerland she took us to a chocolate store which was a big hit with the kids of course, right next to a gelato shop. Every part of the day was excellent. Sara was awesome!

4.00The bus ride provided a lovely scenery and relaxing air conditioned trip. Sara (5 star), our host and guide was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. My best friend and I enjoyed the trip, mostly a shopping excursion with limited time to explore. We would have loved to see more of Lake Como the island but our time was limited to about two hours and an hour in Switzerland, mostly opportunities to shop but not explore. So our photos opps were few. Overall we were glad we took the tour.
