What To Expect
Our driver will meet you at Kansai International Airport (KIX) South Exit, holding a welcome sign after you exit customs and baggage claim. Free waiting time at the airport is 90 minutes. For hotel pick-ups, the free waiting time is 30 minutes. Late arrivals beyond the free waiting time may incur an additional charge, and if the driver has subsequent bookings, they may depart. Late-night pickups (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) incur a 2,000 JPY fee payable in cash to the driver. Vehicles accommodate up to 6 passengers and 4 pieces of 28-inch luggage (Toyota Alphard). Please confirm luggage needs in advance.

5.00The driver texted and communicated instructions where to meet at the airport. He was waiting with a sign and had no problems finding him. He knew where we had to go and was very professional. When you travel to another country and there is a language barrier it makes you nervous but he did a great job in getting us to our destination

5.00Very good communication. The car was clean and the ride was very smooth. However, they should have water in the cars, especially after doing international travel you are hot and tired and thirsty. That is my only complaint.
