Our professional drivers will use translation software to assist in English, Chinese, and other languages during the transfer.
After your booking is confirmed, our customer service team will first reconfirm the order with you. Then, the night before your departure, our driver will contact you via WhatsApp to ensure a smooth meeting on the day of your arrival.

What To Expect
Using our service from Kansai International Airport (KIX) to any location within Osaka City will be a smooth and pleasant journey. After passengers exit the customs and baggage claim area, our driver will be waiting at the South Exit holding a welcome sign. Our driver offers a 90-minute free waiting time at the airport. 1：If the passenger has not appeared after the free waiting time, the driver may choose to charge an overtime fee. If the driver has other bookings afterward, they may also choose to leave directly. 2：This Toyota Alphard can accommodate up to 6 passengers and 4 pieces of 28-inch luggage. Please be mindful of the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. If you are unsure whether it can accommodate your needs, it is recommended to consult customer service in advance to avoid affecting your travel plans. 3：If the pick-up time is between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, a 2000 yen late-night service fee must be paid in cash to the driver.

4.00The transfer from Osaka Airport to Kyoto went very smoothly. The service was good, the car was very clean, and everything was well organized. It would have been nice to have some water available, especially given the hot weather. The drivers do not speak English, but communication via phone and translation app worked fine.

5.00The booking process was very easy. The driver called the day before arrival and also confirmed via Viator from booking. This being our first time to Japan we weren’t sure of the airport logistics, so it was great to come out and see the driver waiting with a sign with our name. He took our first family photo of us at the sispirt and bought us to his huge van which sat us all (family of 6), and our luggage, very comfortably. He drove really well and we felt safe the entire time. Thank you! 🙏🏻
