  Tom was an excellent guide, a fountain of knowledge who showed us so many details around the old town that we had not noticed when walking around ourselves. I was nervous about the Segway as a first time user but very quickly got the hang of it, easier than riding a bike!

  We’ve never been on a Segway before, but it was easy to pick up. Tom our guide made sure we knew what we were doing. There were just 2 of us on the early morning tour, so we had plenty of time and space to get used to the controls. Even though it was raining at the start it didn’t detract from a great time. Krakow is a beautiful city and being able to see it, and hear about its history by someone who knew the stories was great. It gives a better appreciation afterwards when we were just walking round ourselves.

  What a way to see this amazing city Johan and olga where amazing guides. So friendly and professional their knowledge was endless. 4 of us have just finished the 3.5 hour tour and saw so much of this wonderful city and learnt so much of its history and seen so many wonderful buildings This fun but educational experience is a must when visiting krakow well done guys.

  We did a Segway tour in Kraków with Yohan, and he was an absolutely amazing guide! He made the whole experience so much fun and easy to follow, especially for beginners. Yohan was super knowledgeable about the city’s history and shared lots of interesting facts in a really engaging way. We saw so many beautiful sights and had plenty of laughs along the way. Highly recommend this tour — and if you can, ask for Yohan!

  Super nice, beautiful places seen. Johan is Dutch and therefore also nice explanation of the most beautiful places where you actually do not come on foot quickly.

  I wrote the below review on 12th June 2025, and the owner left a comment to say that I hadn’t actually booked with them, and it was false. And because I can not reply directly to your feedback, I will now clarify (and get petty) with screenshots of my booking and the refund that was processed from you. Original review posted 12th June: Didn't actually get to experience the trip as they didn't turn up. Apparently it was the "first time this has ever happened" Phone calls were rejected and messages not answered. When a guy turned up to take luggage from other travellers I asked what was happening, and we've been waiting 30mins. He thought booking was for the next day. He then told us he made a mistake and didn't realise we were booked in for that morning so the tour guide wasn't booked. Annoying. We then found a little car with a tour guide further up the street who gave us a tour. Guy was remorseful and we did get a refund issued immediately.   Really wonderful tour, and you get to see so much on a Segway (they are really fun too!). Our guide Johan was so knowledgeable and friendly, which made a tour of an absolutely beautiful city, full of interesting history even more enjoyable. Definitely would recommend this tour, you won't regret it!
