We had a great time at this cooking class with Miho. Her studio was easy enough to find, space is nice and clean. Had one of my favorite bites of the trip with one of the desserts with black sesame, I had never had it before and now obsessed. We enjoyed our learning and eating from this experience. Thanks Miho!

What a fun dessert cooking experience. Miho is so kind and sweet but most importantly, shes a wonderful chef and teacher! Whenever we struggled, she provides clear instructions to overcome our own challenges. The best part - the desserts are so DELICIOUS! Very happy with this experience. What a fantastic way to end a vacation! Thank you Miho! The mochi we made was one of the best bites we had in Japan!

Amazing job with young children, we learned so much and she was so sweet to teach us all the techniques and really encouraged the kids to practice their math skills as we baked

Run out of a cozy house near Fushimi Inari. We went right after going there. Miho is so friendly. She made sure everyone equally contributed and kept the conversation lively. She’s very knowledgeable and taught us all about different traditional treats. She even sent us the recipes so we can try and make it at home after. Recommend for anyone wanting to try Japanese sweets !

What an absolutely wonderful experience! Miho welcomed us into her home with such warmth and genuine hospitality that we felt like family from the moment we arrived! We learned to make three different types of traditional wagashi, and Miho was an incredibly patient and friendly teacher. She guided us through each step with such care, sharing the history and significance behind each sweet. The techniques were authentic and fascinating to learn. The homemade matcha tea she served was the perfect complement to our handmade sweets. There’s something truly special about enjoying your creations in such an authentic setting. Our 7-year-old absolutely loved every minute of the experience and was completely engaged during the class! Highly recommend for families, or anyone wanting to experience authentic Japanese hospitality and learn traditional skills!
