  Visited beautiful towns. Driver gave us option to add Bern which we agreed to do. Negative was he charged us a good bit extra for that stop, but it was still within the 10 hour period shown on original excursion. Given that it was still same time frame, just cut other towns shorter in duration, it doesn’t seem right to have to pay all that additional cost.

  It was okay, friendly host but he was very clearly upset that children 2 and under did not have to pay. At the end, he send us a message asking for additional money.

  This is a great outing! The return traffic into Luzern, however,is crushing. The driver was nice, but just that; a driver, not a guide.

  While the scenery was AMAZING, our "tour" left us a little underwhelmed. Our guide barely spoke English and didn't even introduce himself before we all got in the van for the day. He didn't tell us anything about the areas we were in, nor did he offer an explanation of the optional train ride between cities which we would have loved. He also didn't get us to one of the main waterfalls before closing due to his lack of knowledge of the area. Overall, we felt we could have done a better job taking the train and researching the areas on our own which we didn't do purposefully so we could have a knowledgeable guide tell us about the areas. The money was not well spent as all we really received was a private driver.

  Our driver, Balihar was beyond fabulous! First of all he introduced himself to me by text and kept me informed of his time of arrival at the pick up spot. He gave us information on the drive to each town. As well as stops in Interlaken and Grindenwald, he made stops to other towns where we saw phenomenal scenery. He would drop off our group in a town after giving us ideas, and come pick us up where I texted him we would be waiting. Our lunch restaurant was one of his favorites, and it was so quaint, and the food was delicious. Everything was scheduled around our needs with his help. We all had a wonderful experience with Balihar, and saw the towns through his excited eyes.

  Our driver Guvinder was very polite and pointed out areas of interest. He gave us choices on where to stop and at no did we feel rushed. The car was very comfortable and clean (6 in our group, car was a Mercedes 9 seater van). The villages and towns we visited were all stunning. It was a perfect way to get out of the city, see beautiful country and not have to worry about driving or navigating. I highly recommend this tour to anyone and thank Guvinder for driving us and making it a memorable experience.

  Driver did not show up. Trip was listed as 8 am pick up. Driver called after we callled Viator to say he was told that morning about tour and told pick up was 10:00 am. Viator stated they would refund our money.

  Pretty scenery but the driver spoke very little English and it was hard to communicate with him. We were hoping to learn about the areas but that was not possible.
