We booked to store our luggage with Viator close to the station. Despite an email and Viator app confirmation for the booking location we requested when we got there the Premier inn hotel had no record of this. They said the problem was with Viator and there was nothing that could be done. It turned out the third party had changed our location but we were not informed. Travelling with family and bags on a short time frame this was very disappointing. I would not recommend using Viator to book luggage storage.

Our flight arrived at 8:30am, and check-in wasn’t until 1:00pm. We dropped off our luggage and explored the city for several hours. The location was very convenient for us, only 10min walk to our AirBnb. It was worth the money!
