I booked this as a birthday treat for myself. I was pleasantly surprised to know that when I got there it was a private session. I truly enjoy everything. I told the yoga instructor that I am new to yoga and she helped me with getting into poses. I thought that was very kind of her. The massage and sound bath were incredible. It was so relaxing. I think I fell asleep a couple of times. Both services were not rushed and it allowed me to take the much needed time to slow down and just breath. If you are looking for this kind of experience I highly recommend you book this.

The place is amazing and the entire team is very friendly and open to modifying things at your convenience. We were a group of 4 who wanted some escape from our stressful work lives and this helped us to rejuvenate. The yoga session was followed by a holistic massage, which was incredibly unique and soothing.

I had the most wonderful experience with an amzing yoga teacher a sound bath healer and an amazing massuse who knew her massages!!. I am a sound healer myself so to experience another sound healer's work was such a treat. All the ladies were so knowledgable and lovely!

From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcomed. The space is cozy, with a warm, inviting atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The yoga class was unique—much more fluid and dynamic than the typical sessions I've experienced. The instructor was absolutely one of the best I've ever had—knowledgeable, attentive, and truly skilled. The massage was out of this world! I'd never tried sound healing with a massage before, and it was a transformative experience. The combination of techniques left me feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. If you're in need of relaxation and release, this is a must-try! I’ll definitely be back for more.
