Do not book with this agency. The ticket costs twice as much and they don’t give you any Service except to give you the ticket at the entrance. I paid 33 euros instead of 16 for nothing. Scandalous. Spread the message

We booked that day once we knew we were going to Florence. They said noon and we expected to arrive by 11 but ran into difficulties with traffic. We explained in advance we we going to be late but they wouldn't wait and left no representative at the meeting place then refused to accommodate a later time, refund or even a voucher to use another day!

Once we got into the museum our tour guide left us. At least they could of let us know we were on our own, buy your own ticket, don’t go through this tour.

We had such a great time. The tour was organized, educational, and our guide brought photos and close ups to explain everything. I've studied art history in Florence and STILL learned many things. The guide was professional, clear, conscious of our group size and just spectacular. Worth every penny!

To see the Statue of David upclose was amazing. Seeing it in pictures can't be compared to seeing it live. Details that are carved into the carrara marble are easly seen. Unfortunately being able to enjoythe numerous paintings in the adjoining galleries was impossible due to the crowd, people pushing, shoving and blocking your view. Overall I was satisfied that I got to see the Statue of David.
