Maui is the place to see humpback whales. Each year these magnificent creatures migrate south from Alaska, and although you can see them throughout Hawaii, the ‘Au ‘au channel off the coast of Maui boasts the greatest number. Our warm, relatively shallow and protected waters make an ideal location for the humpbacks to mate and give birth to their calves. These whales are known for their acrobatics, and are often seen fully breaching out of the ocean!

A Great Afternoon Whale Watching

5.00Had a wonderful whale watching experience. The crew was attentive and very knowledgeable about whale behavior (more than many boats we have been on) and we saw tons of whales including a baby trying to learn how to breach. Liked the experience of a smaller boat and a sailboat that could get us closer to the whales.

5.00Awesome sunset sail! The whole family enjoyed it. Especially my 4 yr old grandson. Food and drinks were tasty and the hospitality was top notch! We even got to see whales which was a bonus!

5.00The crew were great. Very communicative. We had a quaint number of passengers. We did not have enough wind to put up the sails, but the crew did a great job explaining the situation and presenting us with the option to power around a go whale watching. They got us right up on a bunch of whales. And we had a spectacular sunset. This was VERY KOOL.
