They have sent me plenty of reminders from the trip time, driver details, booking details, additional rental equipment (mt. buller clothing & shoes, ski rentals) and keep reminding thru all means (e-mail, whatsapp, txt message). The bus left on time and we even got there 30 minutes early! The bus was okay, nothing fancy. Tony was really helpful, he kept us updated on where we were and what to expect. On the way back, the bus was on time again. The driver was going pretty fast, but I didn't mind. We got back to the hotel at 8 pm. I'd definitely recommend this to others!
