The Orsay Museum is closed every Monday, May 1 and December 25. The late opening rate applies on Thursdays, for visits starting at 6pm - the museum closes at 9:45pm - last access at 9pm.
During peak seasons, expect lines at security checkpoints. Please note that your ticket does not provide priority access. In the busiest periods, entry may take longer than usual.
We recommend arriving at the museum at least 2 hours before closing time during peak season, preferably 3 hours, to ensure entry
Ticket valid for one entry only at the indicated date and time. You may stay as long as you like, but cannot leave and reenter the museum.
Large bags are not permitted and luggage of up to 56x45x25 cm may be stored onsite.

1.00It was much more expensive than booking through the museum and the audio tour included through a link was confusing. It did not align to the museum layout, missed many of the items on display and was ultimately a large waste of time. Next time, I would book directly through the museum and get the museum’s audio tour.

3.00The experience was mixed. We arrived to the museum with tickets that was supposed to have audio with it. As it turned out, the link sent did not work. When I contacted the seller that evening and told him ghe problem, he issued me a total refund for the museum experience. He was very ethical and professional in how he handled it. I would use him again and make sure the audio works before going to the museum!

5.00Beautiful works of art, some good audio guides too. I would go backwards to the crowds and find the lesser known works as it can be crowded.
