I had an incredible experience with Travel Guide China during our visit to the Mutianyu Great Wall of China. The ticket booking process was seamless, and the customer service was exceptional. They provided us with all the necessary details, from transportation to entry information, making the experience completely stress-free. The Great Wall itself was absolutely breathtaking, and Travel Guide China’s support ensured we made the most of our visit. The tickets were easy to use, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend Travel Guide China for anyone planning a trip to Mutianyu! Five stars all around!

Breathtaking site! We had a great time walking the steps of history under a beautiful blue sky (up to Tower 20). Highly recommended!

Very good service (monitoring and support), flexible. We had to change the reservation and it was done without problem or cost.

After trying unsuccessfully to book several activities for my trip to China due to not knowing Chinese and the fact that many attractions require a chinese phone number or id with fields not compatible with a U.S. passport, I decided to give Travel China Guide a try. I was hesitant at first, because I did not know much about the company but read a couple of favorable reviews on some forums. They were super helpful. I gave them a list of places we wanted to go and the dates. They told us which ones we should pay for on site and which ones they could order. They accepted payments through Alipay and paypal. Then on the days ticket sales opened, they purchased them and sent us confirmation along with what to do at the attraction gate. Some places want your passport to look up the ticket, others a combination of passport and QR code. We did not have problems getting into the attractions. On the day we went to the Great Wall of China, there was a lot of bad traffic coming back. We were going to miss an acrobatics show. I asked them to book me tickets for the next day if possible. They contacted the show and got them to let us use our booking the following day so we did not have to buy a second set of tickets. For any future trips, I will go to them rather than trying to book on my own. There is a fee for each booking, but it was well worth it to avoid the hassle. One other note, some places can be strict on passport name matching venue exactly. I used another company to book train tickets and they entered my middle name in wrong and I had to pay for new tickets that matched my passport. With Travel China Guide, we did not have any problems with this. Everything was smooth.
