Griselda was amazing throughout the trip. Kudos to her and her patience. The tour was done at 4.30pm before move back to Athens. If one is looking a very insightful knowledge, this tour is not for you. Stops at each place was too short. You will need at least 2 hours to visit Epidaurus cause the place is reaaaalllyy huge. Truly, 1 day at Peloponnese region wont be enough. Also, the itinerary was misleading. The tour go to Nafplio first, and Theater of Epidaurus as final stop.

Great sites to visit, but long bus rides. Mycenae was amazing. The Corinth Canal was neat and Nafplio is a nice seaside town for a lunch break.

When I wrote this, I am just finishing up this trip today. So it’s all fresh memory. Hope this really helps someone, anyone, avoid a bad day in their lives. Let me give the pointers - 1. The bus operates at overcrowding - it was fully packed and felt like a transport bus more than a tourist one. It’s a 61+2 seater - all full. 2. The crowds it attracts, or attracted today for me, was a pretty aggressive one. Almost everyone felt like being at the edge. The tour admin lady, is pretty much useless, has no concern for the passengers, didn’t get in to resolve any of the disputes that arose. She was a happy bystander. 3. They didn’t plan seats inside for families, I guess no one does but then others have spares so that isn’t really a problem. Well we, ourselves a family of 3, had to sit in 3 corners of the bus. 1 more member and he would have had to sit near the driver and we could have covered the whole bus and acted as direction markers. We did manage to sit together 1 time. But this time the driver did come up to tell us to not have 3 people on 2 seats. Earlier when I was asking for help on seats they had nothing to offer. Btw, my 3rd person is a 6 yr old who loves sitting on daddy’s lap. 4. Don’t go by their promise of 2 hours per stop. It is only 1 hr and or 1.5hrs. The stop at nafplio is laughable since it would be lunch time by then. So it’s really a lunch stop. You stop, have lunch( and a smoke if you do) and start walking back. The sites themselves are very nice but typically you would be under harsh sun when you do Mycenae and you would want some shade but would get one. The Epidarius is towards the evening and much cooler. I would have switched between the 2 since Epidaurus has a whole lot more of tree shade. Anyways I am just a tourist from India who travelled 10 hrs to be in Greece. I have had a great experience so far on all my other days. The Delphi tour was amazing- smaller crowd, engaged host, a wonderful comfortable vehicle for transport- its run by Ammon. Our tour at the Pantheon was epic, the guide is my newest insta friend. We also did an all day cruise aboard the Calypso which was epic. Only today was a wasted day and would be well forgotten. I understand that a more premium offering would be preferable for those reasons. Lesson learnt!

Overall a good day trip, well managed and guided. Lunch was basic and a bit disorganised. Nafplio is a lovely village, could spend more time there and not part of a day trip.

Easy meeting point & a good mode of transport to visit all of the sites. Information onboard the bus prior to visiting the sites was informative - thank you.

Having traveled in over 90 countries ( been 6 times in Athens) & have taken many tours ( 4 in Athens with other companies) . I've found this to be the worst experience. If you lose communications / your phone crashes etc at /near pickup time you are out of luck-they will not go & check if you are there. NO TOUR & NO REFUND ( not that I cared about the money spent on this , ITS THE PRINCIPLES of customer service.1 .We commicated with the tour operator the night before, stating our pickup point ( which they had given - one of 4). I also , gave them a description of my clothing & my partners dress, so if anything occurs they could identify us. 2. We had communication with the tour operator the next morning on day of tour and info'd them we were at the pickup point given ( 0730, half an hour prior to pickup time which was 0800hrs).I was leaning on the exact pickup point sign- so easy to see. 3. The pickup point was total chaos, lots of folk & many many buses arriving & leaving. We checked the frontage of every bus for company/ tour signage. We asked a couple of the druvers/ guides too. Nothing. 4. We noted tour operators were getting off their buses & calling out passengers names & moving amongst the crowd of waiting folk, & checking their backing boards & gathering up folk. This didn't happen with this tour operator, least we would have seen/ heard such, checked a couple of the operators to see if we were on their list around pickup tjme. NOTHING.5. For whatever reason at critical time 0800hrs I could not get communication( phone call) on my phone with the tour guide.(& try as I might it would cut out with guide) This went on for around 15 to 30mins. Then they finally set a message not a phone call- a txt message, which I received informing me that the tour bus had already left the stop and gone on their way. NO TOUR FOR US. We were leaving the next day for New Zealand , so I asked for a refund - for services not rendered, which to me is reasonable.. This company refused such. My advice- ( speaking from experiences)- DO NOT USE THIS TOUR COMPANY , there are more considerate & customer friendly tour companies in Athens , which I have used in the past.. Such terrible service.

As far as the sight, everything being on time and easy it was. The bus was a bit busted, I have to say. Nina was really good in leading the group logistaically however commentary and insight was a little sparce or we could barely hear her. The phones you get show the illustration of how the sight used to look like but the info was also limited there. If you want more in depth description of history and on sight explenations go for a traditional tour or prepare in advance. Nafplio here is more of a recharge spot, it was raining pretty hard so it didn't really allow for exploration.

It amazes me how they built these castles and fortresses. Scenery is outstanding. Nafplio is beautiful and would love to return and stay for a few days.

The big bus was completely packed. It felt claustrophobic .AC was not effective. The seats had a damp smell. The time given at Nafplion around 75 minutes was too less. More than half the time was spent in bus
