1.00They charged us for the trip but they never turned up for our morning fishing session! We waited at the pier 45mins from 4.45am. Refund is agreed (pending) but cannot make up for the children’s disappointment.

1.00Recommend against this experience. Very unprofessional. Booked this experience few weeks ago. Was confirmed by viator. Showed up this morning at the pick up/ start location at the marina very early in the morning. No body was there. At the company office no body picks up the phone for me or for Viator agent. They wasted my vacation time. Of there is a lower star rating I would have given it but it’s required. I rarely make an effort to review about a bad experience but this one was exceptionally bad as I made the effort to confirm the trip 2 days before.
