1.00Tours & Ticket office refused to give tickets to the Nemo museum saying Nemo museum and Viator have an agreement so we can just walk there and they’ll let us in. Well, 20 min walk to Nemo and they turned us away. No one picked up phone at Tours & Tickets and spent 25 minutes on hold with Viator. This entirely ruined our single day in Amsterdam. It’s not clear this combo saves any time over buying tickets on the day and you’re not constricted to a specific time- we had to sprint to make it to the boat tour time.
