1.00Tour was cancelled less than 2 hours before start. Viator suggested we pick another day. We then booked a tour for later in the same day which was confirmed then cancelled 15 before it was due to start. We ended up using the free entry into the cathedral with only a 20-25 min wait in line. Quite dissatisfied with Viator.
No show. No explanation.

1.00Do not book with them! they were a no-show. Waited 20 minutes at the Cite metro stop like the instructions said. Tried walking to the front of Notre Dame and still nobody there. Tried messaging and calling the tour operator and there was no answer. Working on a refund now through Viator. Very disappointing to miss out on seeing the inside of this landmark.

1.00The guide did not show up and there was no communication from them. Tried calling and chatting. Viator could not get a hold of them either. Since we have not heard anything I am worried this was a scam.
