You will get hands-on step-by-step instructions and you will learn both xiao long bao and dumplings cooking techniques that easily be repeated at home.

I am happy to share my family recipe with you. All xiao long bao wrappers are made from scratch and half of dumplings wrappers are made from scratch. You can opt to make all dumplings from scratch too. You will also learn how to prepare the fillings and how to wrap in a traditional classic way.

Before the class you will discover our traditions and culture by visiting to a local fresh food market too. Vegan is also welcome and available upon request.

What To Expect

We will go to the nearby fresh food market and check around the market. The organic pork will be bought one day in advanced. Last we head to prepare and cook organic Xiao Long Bao and organic Dumplings. Eventually, everyone will enjoy their cooked food. It would take around 4-5 hours. The time depends on individual pace and the number of guests Vegetarians are welcome. Please indicate it in Special Requirement. It is a small group cooking class * If you want to have a afternoon or night class or a private class it could be arranged
