1.00I triple-checked my booking to confirm the car was scheduled to pick me up at the airport and take me to my hotel. Instead, the driver went straight to the hotel, leaving me stranded at the airport in another foreign country I have proof of this mistake, yet they still refuse to issue a refund. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of that, they do not allow customers to leave reviews in the app, which makes the experience even more frustrating.
