1.00I triple-checked my booking to confirm the car was scheduled to pick me up at the airport and take me to my hotel. Instead, the driver went straight to the hotel, leaving me stranded at the airport in another foreign country I have proof of this mistake, yet they still refuse to issue a refund. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of that, they do not allow customers to leave reviews in the app, which makes the experience even more frustrating.

5.00Very nice transfer company. I ordered 2 vehicle transfer from them because my family is big. They came in with 2 large vans enough for the family and our luggages. They are on time. They communicated what vehicle is coming, what time, driver name and plate number. Very prompt on replying on questions. Highly recommended!!

5.00Comfortable vehicle. I had to approach different cars near my hotel to determine which one was my driver. I showed a screen shot of my voucher to confirm the company name. Osaka airport is about 40 minutes from the city. Highly recommend minivan if two people have multiple bags from all the lovely souvenirs in Japan
