The staff is fabulous, the jazz trio was talented, but the dining area was rather shabby and the venue should be embarrassed by the buffet.

The food was outstanding, totally worth it. Band was really fun and interactive with the audience. The views were amazing and weather cooperated well enough to spend some time on the outer decks.

Great customer service, good food, we loved the music, it was a perfect length of time, and the view was wonderful. We had our 7 young children with us.

I did not get a chance to go. We were walking to the boat by 6:58p and the dock hand was lifting up the bridge. By the time we got to the gate it was exactly 7:00p. What was odd, the dock hand says when we arrived, “I saw you all walking toward the boat.” While if he saws walking then why not wait. The traffic in NOLA was horrible due to a Saints game scheduled on Sunday. All was out of our control and we got NO REFUND. This would have been on my 2nd time on the Creole Queen. We will not be going ever again.
