The Cooking Clubhouse will help you dive deep into the roots of a traditional Spanish Paella by leading you through a hands on and very dynamic workshop that will allow you to learn the secretes to a restaurante grade paella, all the mean time enjoying our bottomless Spanish wine pairing!

What To Expect
Want a cooking class in Madrid? Look no further! Join us in Madrid's funnest and trendiest cooking class where we emphasise the importance of the social aspect of cooking, eating and drinking! Our professional chefs turned profesor will guide you step by step through Spains most iconic recipe, Paella! You will be welcomed with a glass Cava and be shown your way to your costume made cooking stations where you will work in pairs and have all the necessary ingredients and equipment to make your very own paella. The cooking class portion of this experience will allow you to dig deep into the recipe at hand and has been created in order for you to be able to actively participate in a very hands-on and dynamic workshop! Once you paella recipe has been created, you and the other guests will be invited into our private dining room where all the guests will sit together at our communal table and not only eat the paella made by you, but also 2 appetizers and 2 desserts made by the chef! making this experience a 5 course tasting menu that is paired with our bottomless wine pairing of 5 different Spanish wines!

5.00This was an outstanding way to spend a few hours this afternoon! I was so impressed with Chef Benji. I love to cook, but even if you don't, you should do this workshop! They had everything prepped, so most of our cooking consisted of stirring. The wine was flowing & the tunes were rockin'. And the desserts they served us after we tried our 3 paellas were so yummy, too! All-around amazing way to spend an afternoon & have a late lunch/early dinner.

5.00This class was so much fun! The instructions were great. The paella turned out better than I thought it might. If you are super hungry or are a big eater, this might not be for you. Each pair makes one of four paellas to share with the group. There was not enough of all of them to really share.

5.00From the environment to the chefs/people, all was fantastic. The wine and food were so yummy. They keep your glass full the entire time. We didn’t expect dessert and starter. So that was a pleasant surprise and it was so delicious! We meet other travelers and the company was great. I would highly recommend when visiting Madrid.
